Step into the 10.10 portal at Heart Codes of 10.10 – Sound & Spirit Activation, where we gather by the ocean to awaken new beginnings, alignment, and heart-centered expansion. In this sacred space of sound, movement, and meditation, we open to higher guidance, deepen connection, and activate the codes of the heart. Together, we embrace the supportive energies of 10.10—a gateway for clarity, renewal, and transformation—inviting miracles to flow through sound and spirit.

At Heart Codes of 10.10 we will be holding a beautiful sacred environment dedicated to supporting the community. We hold a judgement free zone, a safe haven for healing, conscious connection, creative expansion, and a portal for transformation and miracles to blossom.

OUR EVENING FLOW:

• 5:15pm Arrival – Gather, connect, hydrate, and settle in
• Grounding & Intention Setting – Open to the Heart Codes of the evening.
• Heart Meditation – Infuse love and healing into your life.
• Vocal Activation – Connect with your body’s vibrations, quiet the mind, and cultivate self-love.
• Interactive Connection Practices – Build trust, understanding, and deeper communication.
• Spring Forest Qigong – Gentle movement meditation to enhance vitality and flow with the ocean’s rhythm.
• Energy Healing & Sound Journey – Receive Reiki and intuitive palm healing with Lu, harmonised by Katrina Noela’s crystal bowls and angelic channeled voice.
• Closing Circle – Share reflections and integrate the evening.
• Optional Jam Session / Relaxing Mingle – Stay to play, sing, or simply mingle and integrate the welcoming of new consciousness. (please BYO snacks)

WHAT TO BRING:

• Yoga mat or towel to lie down for the Energy / Sound Healing session
• Blanket or warm clothing as it can get windy
• Water bottle & snacks
• Drums or other Instruments if you want to jam
• An open mind and heart, plus your beautiful SMILE!

- WET & WINDY WEATHER - if it rains or there are strong winds, the session will be held at Awake Water, Unit 2/8 Julian Cl, Banksmeadow. An email or text message update will be provided prior to the event.

HOW TO GET THERE

Walk from the carpark next to South Maroubra Surf Live Saving Club. If driving it's ideal to park at the carpark to the right of the building (while facing the ocean). Walk to the southern end of the carpark and follow the path towards Malabar Headland. Continue for about 150m and then turn left at the fork as shown below. See you there!

Lu has facilitated Qigong & Energy Healing sessions for children, seniors, and the general public in various locations, including Nepal, Kazakhstan, Busselton and Sydney.
